b. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
c. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items.
d. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

a. After the returned item is inspected, an email will confirm whether the refund is approved or rejected.
b. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

a. Customers must bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

d. The company does not guarantee the receipt of returned items.
